2022-2023 School Year Requirements

Before a student may participate in an extracurricular activity, they must be registered and fees paid online through 8 to18. Students must have a current physical on file. Athletic physicals are valid for 13 months and physicals required for students entering 6th grade meet this requirement.

Registration can be accessed through the OMS web page under: Online Athletic Registration - OMS

The following are required:

1. A current Athletic Physical (turned in to the office)

2. Registration completed on 8 to 18

3. $50 Participation Fee paid on 8 to 18 (There is a cap of $100/student; $300/family)

OMS GYM USAGE: The use of the OMS gym for outside groups begins at 6:00 p.m., due to school team practices. Also, there is a one hour limit per night, per group, so that we may accommodate all groups requesting gym time. Thank you for your cooperation!
