FIELD TRIP GUIDELINES FOR CHAPERONES

Dear Parents and Staff:

Orion School District #223 has developed a set of guidelines for all chaperones that accompany any of our students on a field trip.

Fully indoor field trips or riding on a school district bus:

  1. Chaperones need to be fully vaccinated.

  2. A copy of your vaccination card must be on file with the school district nurse.

  3. Masks must be worn at all times.

Outdoor Field Trips:

  1. Proof of vaccination status is not required.

  2. Masks are not required.  However, if part of the field trip is inside, masks must be worn.
