Dear PTA Members,
I hope this email finds you well and enjoying the beautiful spring season.
As we approach the end of the current school year, we are excited to announce that all PTA positions will be open for the upcoming school year. This is a wonderful opportunity for those of you who are interested in taking on a more active role within our school community.
We are pleased to report that the PTA is in a strong financial position, thanks to your hard work and dedication over the past year. This solid foundation will allow us to continue supporting our school and enhancing the educational experience for all students.
Additionally, we have seen a significant increase in parent volunteers who are eager to assist with planning and organizing events. This growing support network will undoubtedly make our efforts even more impactful and enjoyable.
If you are interested in any of the available positions or would like more information, please do not hesitate to email the PTA at ptaorion@gmail.com. While filling all positions is ideal, the PTA only requires two appointed officers, president and treasurer. Applicants must be a current PTA member that has joined no less than 30 days prior to being appointed.
Interested members are invited to attend our June meeting, held on Tuesday, June 11th at 5:30 PM at Western Township Library.
Current leadership is committed to making the transition as smooth as possible and will continue to support PTA efforts. Please note that if these positions are not filled, the PTA will be dissolved and our current finances will be forfeited to the state Parent Teacher Association.
We are looking forward to another successful year with a dynamic and enthusiastic PTA team.
